THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF ISLAMIC BANKING IN MEDAN: STUDY OF TRAINING AND LEADERSHIP SUPPORT FACTORS
Organizational culture is Islamic values, attitudes, beliefs,behaviours, and practices of Islamic jointly adopted by the organization in the Islamic institutions. Islam is not the concept of organizational culture that stands alone, but it is a system that is influenced by many factors such as leadership, and training support. Culture is also an influential Islamic organization to conduct employee in the organization, especially the performance of work. Therefore, this paper tries to find out what kind of training and support leadership identified Syariah Bank in the city of Medan. The method used in achieving the goals of this paper is to study the field of Islamic banking in Medan, Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this research will hopefully enhance and strengthen the organizational culture theory from an Islamic perspective to the discipline of human resource development and for practicing Islam in the management of Islamic institutions.
